## 舊版 Windows 無法完成 MultiCharts 授權 (TLS 1.2)

### 📋 問題描述

因應授權伺服器升級，使用舊版作業系統（Windows 7 與更早版本）的用戶，可能會遇到 MultiCharts 授權驗證失敗或無法完成授權的問題。

**常見錯誤訊息：**

* "Grace period for Offline access has expired. Please log in using your license credentials"
* 授權驗證失敗
* 無法與授權伺服器建立連線

### 🔍 原因說明

我們的授權伺服器已停止支援較舊的加密通訊協定 **TLS 1.0 / TLS 1.1**。

而 Windows 7 與更早版本常預設仍使用 TLS 1.0/1.1 或未啟用 TLS 1.2，因此無法與伺服器建立安全連線，導致授權失敗。

### ✅ Windows 7 解決方法：啟用 TLS 1.2（登錄檔更新）

Windows 7 使用者可以啟用最低要求的通訊協定 **TLS 1.2** 以繼續使用 MultiCharts。這需要在系統上進行登錄檔更新。

#### 操作步驟

**步驟 1：關閉所有 MultiCharts 相關元件**

請確保以下程式已完全關閉：

* ✅ MultiCharts
* ✅ QuoteManager
* ✅ PowerLanguage Editor
* ✅ Portfolio Trader
* ✅ 任何仍在執行的相關程序

> 💡 **提示**：可在工作管理員中確認所有 MultiCharts 相關程序已結束

**步驟 2：下載並執行 TLS 1.2 啟用檔**

1. 下載 [`Enable_TLS_1.2.reg`](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tsHrtUwwBi-_dkRr9N0VmVXYU6LqemWl/view?usp=sharing)
2. 雙擊執行 `Enable_TLS_1.2.reg` 套用登錄檔設定

> ⚠ **注意**：Google Drive 可能會把登錄檔處理為音訊檔，但下載後仍可正常使用。

**步驟 3：重新啟動電腦**

執行完登錄檔後，**必須重新啟動電腦（Reboot）** 才能生效。

**步驟 4：重新嘗試授權**

重新啟動後，開啟 MultiCharts，再次嘗試授權。
