# 啟動 TC 出現 Profile Error(102) 無法登入

### 解決方式 <a href="#undefined" id="undefined"></a>

#### Step 1：備份異常檔案

1. 打開檔案總管，前往路徑：

   ```
   C:\TOUCHANCE\APPs\TCoreRelease\ComShared\
   ```
2. 找到檔案 `TouchanceService.enc`
3. 右鍵重新命名為：

   ```
   TouchanceService.enc.bak
   ```

#### Step 2：複製正常檔案

若您在另一台電腦可正常登入 TCore，可從該台電腦複製正常的檔案，並貼上至異常電腦相同路徑：

```
C:\TOUCHANCE\APPs\TCoreRelease\ComShared\
```

#### Step 3：重新啟動 TC

確認登入畫面已正常顯示，**Profile Error(102)** 不再出現。
